Taking care of your skin is just like keeping up with your fitness routine . If you stop , you don't feel as good and when you look in the mirror you can see the changes.

Same with your skin fitness.  If you have treatments more often your skin  will look more radiant,  less dry or less acne - oiliness.  

Hydration & good fats

Hydrate  &  add your good fats. What we eat & drink can  cause our skin to feel better or worse.  I never used to have enough fats in my diet and it definitely makes a big difference. My skin was dry and dull !    Good fats like extra virgin olive oil,  coconut oil ( can be used on your skin also !   Flax seed is very good 

for every cup of coffee you have it takes two cups of water to rehydrate from it. 

Drink filtered water.

Make sure to exfoliate two times per  week especially in the winter. When you put your face creams or serums on you do not want a dry barrier because  the product will not penetrate the way it should.
